The 2011 Listowel Food Fair took place from the 2nd the 6th of November 2011. This year's launch night celebrity chef was the very popular Catherine Fulvio of Ballyknocken House & cookery School in Co. Wicklow.

The audience enjoyed a fun filled cookery demo with Wicklow culinary queen, Catherine Fulvio, as she showcases some of her latest collection of recipes from Catherine’s Family Kitchen.

During the demo Catherine gave us a taste of the Ballyknocken House family kitchen where she cooks for her family while running a four star bed and breakfast and an award-winning cookery school as she shares practical and delicious recipes geared to busy, modern lives juggling work, family and friends.

Catherine knows how good food brings family and friends together and we saw Catherine at her best during this entertaining demonstration as she shared how to create easy, tasty recipes which still have the wow factor.

Catherine introduced her 5 Way Theory making life in the modern Irish kitchen easier and more affordable. Signed copies of Catherine’s new book were available on the night.
