1. Plain Sponge only
2. No cream in filling - only jam
3. Judging will be based on flavour/texture/slice ability /lightness of sponge
4. No business entries permitted- strictly home baker
5. 1 entry per person
6. Prizes: 1st: €100 Utensils Voucher /2nd: €50 Voucher / 3rd: €25 voucher
