2008 saw the launch of the Irish Food Book of the Year award and the winning book was 'Cornucopia at Home'. Written, photographed and designed by Cornucopia staff and published by Cork University Press, 'Cornucopia at home' is available in Irish bookshops, some UK bookshops and in the Cornucopia restaurant itself.
